A young superhero fan born with a partially developed arm just got the gift of a lifetime.

Seven-year-old Alex Pring from Groveland, Fla. just received a real life bionic arm, personally delivered by none other than Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark of Stark Industries.

“Had the absolute privilege of presenting a brand spanking new 3D-printed bionic Iron Man arm to Alex, the most dapper 7-year-old I’ve ever met,” Downey wrote on Facebook.

The surprise gift was made possible thanks to Albert Manero, a Microsoft OneNote “Collective Project” student who founded the volunteer organization Limbitless Solutions, aiming to provide low-cost, 3D-printed bionic limbs for kids around the world.
