A stretch of a highway in Oklahoma has been named after the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump.
The Department of Transportation has been directed to place suitable permanent markers bearing the name “President Donald J. Trump Highway” on a section of highway 287 in Oklahoma.
State lawmakers also removed the requirement that people must be deceased for three years before getting a highway named after them, in order to name the highway after Trump.
The bill was signed into law by Gov. Kevin Stitt late last week.
