I guess when you've lived in the Hollywood bubble your entire adult life, you tend to embellish things and/or even get a little too melodramatic at times. It's understandable, especially when you're Hollywood megastar Leonardo DiCaprio and you constantly don't practice what you preach.
DiCaprio and 16-year-old climate change alarmist Greta Thunberg met last week, and it was as if the climate change gods open up the skies and smiled down upon them. The sun shined, birds sang and I think a unicorn was even discovered when these two got together.
The 44-year-old was so impressed with Thunberg that he posted pictures of the two of them to Instagram, also saying that Thunberg is a "leader of our time."
"There are few times in human history where voices are amplified at such pivotal moments and in such transformational ways -- but Greta Thunberg has become a leader of our time," DiCaprio wrote in his Instagram post.
Of course Thunberg's voice is amplified. She's always yelling angrily into a microphone at everyone.
Oh, and DiCaprio and Thunberg made a commitment during their visit.
"She and I have made a commitment to support one another, in hopes of securing a brighter future for our planet," DiCaprio concluded.
