REALITY CHECK: Iranians Are Protesting, But They Aren't Protesting Trump - and the Media Can't Stand It

The liberal media found enough time to peddle Iranian state propaganda claiming 30 American soldiers had been killed in Iran’s missile strike on U.S. bases in Iraq. The same media that ran photos of Soleimani’s funeral claiming to show thousands of attendees – attendees who, it later turned out, were forced by the government to attend. The same media that described Soleimani as a “war hero,” a “revered figure” and “an inspirational military leader.”

But apparently, the media were too busy sucking up to a dictatorial regime in the name of flipping off Trump to give much airtime to the pro-America, anti-government protests by Iranians who’re giving an awful lot of credit to Trump for taking down one of their most rancid, cancerous scumbags.

MRCTV Reader,

The media are hard at work weaving a web of confusion, misinformation, and conspiracy surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is why MRCTV, a program of the MRC, exists—to broadcast conservative values, culture, politics, expose media bias, and provide entertainment to new and diverse audiences. But we can’t do it alone. We are part of the only organization purely dedicated to this critical
