Three childhood friends from the U.S. board a train to Paris and end up preventing a terrorist attack.

It sounds like the perfect Hollywood script but this is a real-life story. In August on 2015, three friends from Sacramento, Calf., Spencer Stone, Alek Skarlatos, and Anthony Sadler, were on a train from Amsterdam to Paris when they heard gunshots. Instead of heading for safety, the three men charged and subdued the attacker, stopping him from harming anyone else on the train.

Of course, Hollywood had to get their hands on this amazing story. Clint Eastwood is directing a film based on the event called "The 15:17 to Paris" for Warner Brothers. But there is one more twist.

The film will star the three real-life heroes themselves! Skarlatos said in an Instagram post, "We are incredibly honored to have this opportunity to have such talented people tell our story."
