The news media aren't the only ones on television pushing an agenda-driven narrative. There are tons of shows all over the small screen landscape that promote liberal propaganda with dangerous--and sometimes hilariously ridiculous--motives on a daily basis.

Welcome to "Pause For a Moment."

Join MRCTV's Nick Kangadis as he painstakingly sits through the worst of television so you don't have to.

Stand-up comedian Patton Oswalt took part of his time on the "Conan" show with Conan O'Brien to talk Trump -- because why wouldn't he? Oswalt has been obsessed with Trump since the president's election last fall, and he actually dedicated a significant portion of his latest Netflix stand-up special, "Annihilation," to say very flowery things about Trump. That's sarcasm, just in case anyone isn't picking up what I'm putting down.

"Look, stand-ups have been bashing presidents for a long, long time," Kangadis said, "but when it becomes the basis for your act, you’ve lost the plot."

Kangadis also takes aim at some of the nominees for the National Football League (NFL) award that "bears" the name of his favorite player of all-time, the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. A few of the nominees, who are selected by their teammates, are the same "social justice" millionaires that have driven financial and ratings number for the NFL way down in the last 16 months.

The NFL continues to make moves that contradict the business model that made football the most profitable sport in the U.S.

"...it's like the NFL and some of its players are purposefully trying to sabotage themselves," Kangadis said.
