If you’re an uninformed politician, which isn’t rare these days, how far would you go to show your constituents just how “woke” you are? You’d use an alleged sexual assault victim’s name to promote how tolerant you are, even if you have no idea where said victim actually is.

Palo Alto, California Mayor Liz Kniss thinks it’s a good idea to publicly honor professor and sexual assault accuser Christine Blasey Ford for “testifying against now-Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh." Kniss says she wants to honor Ford at the next City Council meeting on October 29th.

There’s only one problem: Kniss has to ask the public for information on Ford’s whereabouts, because she has “no idea how to reach her whatsoever.”

“I have no idea how to reach her whatsoever,” Kniss said, according to the Palo Alto Daily Post. “If anybody hears anything about her or anything like that, actually, we’d like to know.”

Kniss also said that Ford might be sick of the spotlight and could have had enough of the whole situation.

“Almost everything begins to really infringe, and I don’t even know if at this point she wants to be reminded of this whole thing,” Kniss said. “In that same situation, probably anyone might just say, ‘That’s enough.’”

That’s all well and good to make that observation about Ford, but if Kniss was so concerned why is she infringing upon Ford to honor her for a situation that she wants to get away from?

You’re contradicting yourself, Mayor Kniss.

Maybe Ford wants to be left alone after she became the focal point in the circus that was the Kavanaugh inquisition. Either that or she’s hiding because the Left’s mission to discredit a man failed.
