Despite the Biden administration’s efforts to destroy women’s sports and erase female biology from our culture, at least one state is pushing back.
The North Dakota state legislature is advancing a bill that bans transgender students from participating on sports teams based on their “preferred gender,” instead mandating that they compete based on their biological gender from birth.
The bill, passed by the state House 65-26, flies directly in the face of an Executive Order signed by President Joe Biden that mandates students be allowed to use bathroom and locker facilities and participate on sports teams based on their gender identity, opening the door for biological boys with a natural genetic advantage to compete against girls in women’s sports.
One of the bill’s co-sponsors, North Dakota state Rep. Kathy Skroch, (R), said the bill will help protect girls against having to unfairly compete against boys.
"This is about girls competing with girls, ensuring equal opportunity, and keeping a level playing field in girls' sports," Skroch said. "It upholds 50 years of progress and protecting women against discrimination and advocates for the preservation of biological standards."

Her fellow co-sponsor, North Dakota state Rep. Ben Koppelman (R), agreed, saying that basic biology predates progressivism and even the law itself.
"Some have said this bill just doesn't follow the science. We've got science going back well before the United States that backs this. This isn't new science. Men and women didn't just cease to exist. They've existed for a long time, and we've been able to recognize the differences."
The bill will now advance to the GOP-controlled Senate for consideration. The Blaze reports that at least a dozen other states are considering similar measures to protect female K-12 students from being forced to surrender their sports teams and championship and scholarship opportunities to boys.
