“My aim is usually to get the specimens out pretty intact,” said Dr. Amna Dermish, speaking to actors posing as a fetal tissue procurement company. Dermish admits that she will sometimes use ultrasound guidance to convert a 2nd-trimester fetus to a feet-first breech presentation: “Especially the 20-weekers are a lot harder versus the 18-weekers, so at that point I’ll switch to breech.”
The 11th video featuring Planned Parenthood dealings in baby parts was released by the The Center for Medical Progress early Tuesday morning and it is nothing short of barbaric.
In laymen's terms, the procedure Dr. Amna Dermish, the abortion doctor for Planned Parenthood in Austin, TX, describes in the quote above is what she does to get undamaged baby organs: an illegal partial birth abortion.
She uses a sonogram so she can move the child into a breach (feet first) position, pulls the child out feet first, when she gets to the neck she snips the spinal cord killing the baby. In other words, she is performing an illegal partial birth abortion, killing a live born baby in order to harvest its organs. According to the video, she especially hopes this procedure yields intact fetal heads for brain harvesting (something she hasn't been able to achieve yet).
Dr. Dermish admits she was trained by the Senior Director of Medical Services at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Dr. Deborah Nucatola. Nucatola described a partial-birth abortion technique to harvest fetal organs in the first Planned Parenthood video released July 14 by CMP.
(...) “That’s what Deb [Nucatola] was telling us, was it really makes a difference for tissue collection at PPLA,” says one of the actors, referencing Nucatola’s technique for organ harvesting. “It’s really nice when it’s, yeah–I trained with her,” replies Dermish.
In reply to a question about harvesting fetal brain, Dermish notes, “I haven’t been able to do that yet,” but exclaims with laughter, “This will give me something to strive for!”
(...)Dr. Dermish does not use the chemical digoxin to kill the fetus before 20 weeks, so her feet-first, intact extraction abortions are done on living fetuses. Using ultrasound guidance to manipulate the fetus from vertex to breech orientation before extracting the yet-living fetus is a hallmark of the illegal partial-birth abortion procedure .
According to federal law 18 U.S.C. 1531, except in the case of saving the life of the mother, partial birth abortions are illegal. The law defines partial birth abortions as:
(...) an abortion in which the person performing the abortion—deliberately and intentionally vaginally delivers a living fetus until, in the case of a head-first presentation, the entire fetal head is outside the body of the mother, or, in the case of breech presentation, any part of the fetal trunk past the navel is outside the body of the mother, for the purpose of performing an overt act that the person knows will kill the partially delivered living fetus; and performs the overt act, other than completion of delivery, that kills the partially delivered living fetus.
Also in the video, Dermish "affirms a fetal body part price of $50 or $60 per specimen" another illegal act per U.S. Criminal Code 42 U.S.C. 289g-2.
According to CMP:
The state of Texas recently moved to disbar Planned Parenthood from taxpayer funding on account of Medicaid fraud and abortion-related crimes. Governor Greg Abbott recently said in an interview that the state of Texas is now in possession of “hard evidence” that Planned Parenthood is engaged in “violations of federal and state law concerning abortion procedures.”
The law, however, is only a small part of the horror. The Texas Planned Parenthood is taking an already born baby, snipping its spinal cord, and selling its organs. If these procedures occurred during a war, this would be considered a war crime. Instead, this is supposedly acceptable in this progressive-run society.
"It also shows the link between the policies and resources under investigation at the Texas chapter to those of Planned Parenthood's national office."
"This is further proof that Planned Parenthood is happy not only to saw baby body parts, but is also incentivized to resort to illegal means to obtain salable product."
