Special Counsel Robert Mueller completed his investigation Friday and presented his report to Attorney General William Barr, Barr announced in a letter sent to the chairmen and ranking members of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees.
Mueller is "not recommending any further indictments," a senior DOJ official told Fox News.
