MRCTV video productions were recognized for the second year in a row by the Content Film Festival and Media Summit in Texas.

The Media Content 2021 “Best Media Watchdog Organization” was awarded to the Media Research Center for video from the Wacky M.O.L.E. series exposing media bias.

“It’s great that the Media Research Center received this recognition,” MRCTV Director, Eric Scheiner said. “It’s a credit to our wonderful video production team at MRCTV and to the hard work of MRC’s NewsBusters staff that sit through and monitor the mainstream media and help provide the production with such great material.”

Last year, the Media Content 2020 award for “Best Creative Story” went to MRCTV’s Reality Check with Brittany Hughes.

The awards presentation culminated a week of workshops and panels for the Christian film and media summit held at Capernaum Studios outside of Dallas from Sept. 6 thru 9th.

Coordinator for the News & Journalism Summit, John Diamond, says the event focuses on the importance of bringing truth to journalism and aims to “pioneer a journalism movement and a network that will rival the mainstream media.”
