In this week’s Wacky Moments of Leftist Extremism:
Morning Joe went “coup-coup” this week. Over and over again on Tuesday, President Trump was accused, by reason of his challenges to the election results, of staging a "coup." The panel made sure to get in several mentions of "strongman," "fascist," "dictator," and "autocrat" for good measure.
This week team Biden had to actually acknowledge what the internet was actively suppressing people from talking about for months, that Biden family business deals detailed on Hunter’s laptop are kind of sketchy. After barely covering the latest corruption allegations against Hunter Biden on Wednesday, the networks on Thursday morning jumped into full Democrat Protection Mode, spinning for Hunter and Joe Biden and repeating talking points about no wrongdoing. NONE of them featured any critics of Joe or Hunter Biden.
Wednesday’s New Day once again spent time comparing Donald Trump’s supporters to history's monsters. This time, it was when CNN hack John Avlon openly compared Trump supporters to slaveholders during the Civil War.
MSNBC has got a bad case of nostalgia for the good old days of the leftist media's near-total control over the news. As Kasie Hunt longed for times past, "The media . . . was a relatively focused, narrow group, and if they made decisions together could actually impact things." Hunt lamented that there is now multiple places where people can get their information.
