Madonna wants you to know we’re all equal now, thanks to the coronavirus.

Or, at least so she says as she sits in her luxury bathtub surrounded by candles and rose petals.

Just like her Hollywood comrades compatriots who brought us the severely out-of-key rendition of “Imagine” that no one asked for, the nearly unrecognizable “Like a Virgin” singer premiered this masterful insight – for which I apologize in advance for showing you – in which she credits a virus for having "made us all equal," as she sits surrounded by candles and rose petals.

“It’s the great equalizer," Madonna murmurs, speaking of the deadly virus. "It’s made us all equal in many ways. Like I used to say, we’re all in the same boat, and if the ship goes down, we’re all going down together.”

Please don't ask me why she had to be sitting in a bathtub to share this little nugget of wisdom. I don't understand anything these people do.

Then again, I suppose this is a very difficult time for celebs, who've been relegated to the bottom of the social totem pole as movie theaters across America shut their doors and the public finally realizes that when the proverbial crap hits the fan, the 16-year-old bag boy at the local Walmart is, in fact, infinitely more valuable to society than self-righteous starlets.
