House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and a group of Democrats recently introduced legislation that would require the president and vice president and candidates for the presidency and vice presidency to release their tax returns. It's called 'The For The People Act.'
The bill, however, would not require members of Congress or candidates for Congress to release their tax returns.
When asked in the past about releasing her tax returns, Pelosi always declines. How convenient, don’t you think?
