Latino CEO Receiving Death Threats After Placing Bid to Build Border Wall

In yet another story about the perpetually offended attempting to shut down businesses over ideological differences, the CEO of a construction company that put in a bid to build the proposed border wall said he is “receiving death threats and being called a traitor, in part because he is of Mexican descent.”

Because God forbid someone try to secure a contract that would net their company millions of dollars.

Texas-based Penna Group’s CEO, Michael Evangelista-Ysasaga, said that the decision to put in a bid was not an easy one, considering 80 percent of his workforce is Latino.

“A lot of people are saying, ‘You’re Latino. How can you build a wall to keep other Latinos out?'” Evangelista-Ysasaga told the Washington Post. “We had to do a lot of soul-searching before we jumped into this because it’s obviously a very, very controversial topic.”

While it most certainly had to be controversial for Evangelista-Ysasaga to decide to put in the bid to build the border wall, he also understands that in order to fix the problems facing any community, you need to become part of the solution.

Reportedly, Evangelista-Ysasaga had heard that other contractors were contemplating “inhumane methods such as electrified barriers.”

Now, Evangelista-Ysasaga said that he has received multiple phone calls of people screaming at him and even sending him death threats.

This social justice BS has clearly gone too far. Notice that the people doing the complaining never have reasonable solutions, or any solutions at all, to the issue at hand.

“The American people have been asking our politicians for 35 years to do something about immigration, and nothing has been done,” Evangelista-Ysasaga told the Dallas News. “Our hope is that with a secure border ... they will finally have an appetite to pass some real comprehensive immigration reform.”

What we don’t need are continuing headaches from people that have no drive other than to complain about everything. When those people begin coming up with solutions themselves, then reasonable people might start to take them more seriously.
