Friday’s ratings for the return of the sitcom "Last Man Standing" on Fox put it ahead of CBS’s ‘Murphy Brown’ last week.

The Tim Allen sitcom with a rare conservative perspective reached 8.1 million viewers, ‘Murphy Brown’ received 7.5 million.

According to USA Today:

CBS heavily promoted the return of ‘Murphy Brown’ after two decades, and former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton had a cameo in the first episode.

'Last Man Standing' had been gone just a year, canceled by ABC in a decision that Allen said left him 'stunned and blindsided.' But Fox brought it back, and on its first week it was the network's most popular entertainment show, particularly impressive considering Friday is one of the least-watched nights on television.

I’m sure the liberals in Hollywood enjoyed bringing Clinton on the set. I’m sort of surprised they haven’t given Clinton her own show. Maybe a program about a group of liberals that gather together to fight against lower taxes, high employment, and smaller government.

It might look something like this:

But if you really wanted something with a plot like that, you could always watch C-SPAN.
