Get ready, America: drag queens are coming to a Super Bowl ad near you.

According to The Hill, Sabra Hummus -- because, why wouldn't a chickpea spread need crossdressers? -- has unveiled a short clip from their upcoming Super Bowl commercial featuring two drag queens ("Kim Chi" and "Miz Cracker," to be exact) from the show RuPaul's Drag Race.

The ad features two men dressed as women in heavy makeup and wigs sitting in front of a dressing room mirror eating hummus.

"Ready, cracker?" one drag queen says in the clip.

"Chickpeas, I was born ready," the other answers, before trying to put a football helmet on top of his overly hair-sprayed wig.

As for exactly why a hummus company thought they needed to bring crossdressing men into their ad campaign, Sabra Hummus Chief Marketing Officer Jason Levine gave the ultra-predictable response: for "diversity."

“We’re bringing a diverse group of personalities to the table and demonstrating just how incredibly versatile, relevant and relatable hummus is today. We think we’ve got something for everyone,” Levine told AdWeek

Because apparently, in "woke" 2020, even garbanzo beans need gender-bending.
