Joy Behar of "The View" possibly should've gone into politics instead of comedy -- I'm still not sure what she's famous for comedy-wise -- because she sure seems to have no problem lying to the people like a politician would.

On Monday's edition of the oh-so-informative daily talk show, the gals of "The View" were discussing failed Democratic presidential candidate Robert Francis "Beto" O'Rourke when Behar chimed in with a suggestion that only someone as clueless as Behar would suggest.

"They [candidates] should not tell [voters] everything they're going to do," Behar said. "If you're going to take people's guns away, wait until you get elected, then take the guns away. Don't tell them ahead of time."

Behar's suggestion, along with most everything said by everyone on this daily panel of "we know better than you" conversationalists, is everything that's wrong with politics and the media. People like Behar rail against the right, constantly calling them "far-right." But then they employ, or suggest to employ, far-left tactics in order to get their way even when they don't initially.

The left will call people on the right fascists while practicing and suggesting authoritarian policies that only dictators would practice or suggest.

You can watch the segment below (Behar's comment happens at the 3:38 mark):

The funny thing is that the entire conversation was about why O'Rourke failed in his bid for the White House.

Ladies, maybe it wasn't the timing of the message. Maybe, just maybe, it was the message itself.
