During the second never-ending day of the Democrat portion of the Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, impeachment manager Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) took part of his time to characterize Trump attorney and former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani as a "cold-blooded political operative."
"Rudolph Giuliani is a cold-blooded political operative for President Trump’s re-election campaign," Jeffries said Wednesday.
