Freshman Congresswoman to File Articles of Impeachment Against Biden After Inauguration

Impeachment has been sullied to the point that the solemnity of it is all but non-existent anymore. Of course, there are questionable and trial-worthy issues that a member of Congress could impeach Joe Biden for, but to do it when you know it won’t even get pass the house just makes it more about sentiment than actual wrongdoing. You can have all the evidence in the world, but if courts won’t hear it and politicians ignore it, all you’re left with is a symbolic gesture and a record of the failed attempt.

Freshman congresswoman Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) announced her plans to file “Articles of Impeachment against Joe Biden for abuse of power.”

The move came just hours before President Donald Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives for a second time, this time for “inciting insurrection,” according to the far-left leaning New York Times.

Trump’s impeachment for inciting violence at the Capitol on January 6 comes despite his call before the storming of the Capitol for people to “peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.”

“I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard,” Trump told the crowd of thousands on January 6.
