It just goes to show that when it comes to sports fans, it’s much wiser to leave your politics at home.

Extremely Stupid Political Nonsense, otherwise known as ESPN, is reported to have lost 15,000 subscribers per day in the month of October, according to both the Daily Wire and sports analyst Clay Travis.

If you take all 31 days in October, that means ESPN lost 465,000 subscribers during that one month alone.

The news of ESPN’s decline comes after many examples of its host, commentators and guests waxing political on different ESPN shows.

ESPN host Jemele Hill was suspended earlier in October for two weeks after she repeatedly ignored ESPN brass by continuing to posts politically charged tweets on her Twitter profile.

That’s just one example of many over the past couple years, but you get the idea.

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times: If ESPN would just stick to sports, their subscriber loss wouldn’t be the growing snowball it’s become.

According to Travis, ESPN pays the NFL $1.9 billion a year to showcase Monday Night Football on its network. With the continued and steady subscriber loss, ESPN will have to make a big decision come 2021 when their contract expires with the NFL.

Plenty of people are cutting the cord and switching to streaming their television. But, it doesn’t help the “sports” company in the least to continue to push a liberal agenda on its network.

However, it’s Disney, so propaganda is what they do best.
