Elon Musk Calls Joy Reid 'Lobbyist for Sen Karen' After MSNBC Host Defends Fauxcahontas Warren

It’s like the left is a glutton for punishment, because they say things thinking they’re getting one over on their enemies — and they do consider anyone they disagree with an enemy.

Well, if it wasn’t enough that Sen. Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren (D-Mass.) got owned by billionaire founder of SpaceX and other entrepreneurial endeavors Elon Musk earlier this week, MSNBC host Joy Reid apparently felt like she needed to be publicly trolled by Musk as well.

If you remember, Warren called out Musk specifically after he was named TIME’s “Person of the Year” on Monday, because she wants the government to get its hands on more of his money.

“Let’s change the rigged tax code so The Person of the Year will actually pay taxes and stop freeloading off everyone else,” Warren tweeted almost immediately after the Musk/TIME announcement, attempting to score political points.

Musk responded with a tweet of his own, referring to Warren as “Senator Karen,” with “Karen” being a modern trash talk phrase referencing a person’s ability to tattle on others when they have nothing to do with the situation.

This is where Reid comes in.

Doing what she’s good at because she never has any actually coherent arguments, Reid made the situation about race, saying that the term “Karen” is “black vernacular.”

Apparently, according to Reid, black people own words now. I had no idea. Didn’t get a text. No one emailed me about it.

Musk responded by continuing to culturally appropriate the word Reid says black people own.

“(Lack of) Joy Reid is a lobbyist for Sen Karen,” Musk tweeted.

Ouch! Not only did Musk keep up the “Karen” label for Warren, but he called out Reid’s figurative carrying of water for Warren.

I typically don't like to use the term "Karen" anymore, as it's become really played out. But, if Reid doesn't like people using it because of the color of their skin, then who am I to deprive her of being disappointed?

Two squawking birds, one…Karen. Or is it two in this case?
