The Earth Spins On Its Axis, Just "As The Sunday News Shows Turn..."

When we last saw the presumptive nominee, she was the focus of love and adoration from all the Sunday news programs - but, little by little, suspicion that Hillary was not being truthful was turning her media suitors away.

On Sunday's CNN's Inside Politics, John King suggested that recent news about the Democratic front-runner was giving him "the creeps":

If you look at the Quinnipiac poll, “is she honest and trustworthy or not?” Yes, 39%, no, 53%. That’s a big flashing warning like right there, and look at independents, yes 31%, no 61%. And you can't go 20 minutes in this town it seems without some sort of story about the Clinton Foundation that gives you the creeps.

Things were even stranger at "This Week With George Stephanopoulos." George who, after years of hiding his feelings was recently exposed as still harboring love for Bill and Hillary, actually allowed the Bloomberg Twins, Mark Halperen and John Heilemann to criticize the Clintons without even trying to defend their honor. Does this mean George's love has been chastened?

Halperen: Well, there are substantive issues that she has to address in campaign. I tried to get answers this week about President Clinton's finances. I never dealt with a campaign in my career that's as unresponsive; they said we'll get you those answers and then simply don't. For a major campaign that's well staffed, I have never encountered that. I think that suggests they don't want to answer the questions. In the short term, most Democrat strategists I talk to say that's the right thing to do. It's not hurting her poll Numbers.

Heilemann: They're trying to just power through this. But I think it's coming at some cost. I do think, contrary to what Michael Eric Dyson said, is there’s I think there's a growing – it’s not a bubbling over, but there’s a gnawing sense among a lot of Democrats, especially establishment Democrats that they’re not handling these things well. And that these stories keep building on themselves and potentially could be problematic in the general election for her if she doesn’t answer them.

Back at Inside Politics on CNN, Lisa Lerer of The Associated Press reported that Hillary and her friends were upset that a judge wont let them release their once-secret letters on own their planned schedule:

"That's bad news for the Clinton campaign, which now is going to face this slow drip of email news that comes out. Just about every month, there will be a spate of stories. Republicans are salivating at the prospect of these things coming out. We'll have to see what happens in the next few months."

Will the Clinton Foundation continue to give John King the creeps? Will her scandals keep building on themselves and hurt Hillary's bid to be loved by all America? Will there be anymore revelations in those emails which will be dripped out during the next few months? And what about her other media suitors: will they share the news about the possible scandals? And what about Bernie and his rape dreams, and when will Hillary show love to Al the Teflon-bigot?

All these and other questions may be answered in next week's episode of, "As The Sunday News Shows Turn"
