Following a Tuesday morning press conference outside the Capitol building in Washington D.C., Democrat members of the Texas House of Representatives, the same members who fled their state on Monday to avoid taking a vote on voting rights legislation, broke into song, signing the civil rights anthem "We Shall Overcome."
