Coca-Cola Defends Telling Employees to 'Be Less White,' Says the Program 'Builds an Inclusive Workplace'

Has it dawned on the woke folks that it’s possible to be racist not just toward black people, but toward white people as well?

Apparently not. Just look at Coca-Cola. Last week, the famed beverage company had reportedly instituted a training program to ostensibly help their employees confront racism. In reality, the program seems to perpetuate racism, as it instructs white people to be “less oppressive, less arrogant, less certain, and less defensive.” In other words, Coca-Cola wants white people to “try to be less white.”

As expected, many conservatives were upset by such racist sentiments, prompting Coca-Cola to address the program - which they defended as way to teach people to be more "inclusive."

“The video circulating on social media is from a publicly available LinkedIn Learning series and is not a focus of our company's curriculum," their statement read. “Our Better Together global learning curriculum is part of a learning plan to help build an inclusive workplace. It is comprised of a number of short vignettes, each a few minutes long. The training includes access to LinkedIn Learning on a variety of topics, including on diversity, equity and inclusion.”

You shouldn’t have to tear people down in order to be inclusive.
