A person’s initial reaction to something they’ve most likely have never seen before is typically the most genuine and honest reaction you’re going to get from said person.
Newly minted candidate for president, former Vice President Joe Biden, has had to do some explaining recently after critics brought up Biden’s history of supposedly “creepy” moments with women over the years.
Campus Reform’s Cabot Phillips went to the University of Iowa to get student responses to video of Biden possibly inappropriately touching women and young girls. The response from the students was unanimous that Biden looks to have previously acted in the wrong.

Possibly the funniest moment of the entire video, or any other Campus Reform video, came when Phillips asked one female student what she would do or say in a situation where a professor touched her in the same way Biden appears to touch the women in the video Phillips showed her.
“Holy s**t,” the young lady responded. “I need to leave.”
That might be the most perfect response to being in that situation outside of directly saying, ‘What the hell are you doing?’
As you could see in the video above, the consensus among the students seemed to be that Biden certainly appeared to be acting in a “creepy” way.
