After days of stonewalling, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki admitted today that there is no record of Hillary Clinton signing the separation document at the end of her tenure at the department:

"We have reviewed Sec. Clinton’s official personnel file and administrative files and do not have any record of her signing the OF-109.

"In addition, after looking into their official personnel files, we did not locate any record of either of her immediate predecessors signing this form."

Journalists have spent several days trying to determine whether Clinton signed the document after former DOJ attorney Shannen Coffin wrote an op-ed stating he believes that Hillary Clinton committed a felony if she signed the Department's Form SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form and still retained 50,000 emails on her private server.

Although several reports claim that all employees of the State Department are required to sign a document called the SF-109 STATE-USIA Separation Form upon the end of their employment with the department, Psaki said today that “it’s not clear that this form is used as part of a standard …checkout …at the State Department” and added that Hillary’s immediate two predecessors did not have a signed form in their personnel files either.
