AOC Childishly Responds to Her Critics: 'I'm the Boss! How 'Bout That?!'

Just in case any of you were wondering exactly who the boss is, it’s not Tony Danza — at least according to socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Anyone care to venture a guess as to who the enlightened congresswoman actually thinks is the boss? The answer shouldn't surprise you.

Ocasio-Cortez spoke at a Girls Who Code event in New York last Friday, and the freshman member of Congress threw a temper tantrum directed at critics of her inexperience and the Green New Deal, which could be more accurately called the Red Deal.

In what’s becoming the typical response from Ocasio-Cortez, the congresswoman argued like a child would without actually addressing people’s concerns.

Here was some of what Ocasio-Cortez told the audience, as well as the NowThis audience who was watching via YouTube livestream:

You know what? I don't care anymore. I don't care anymore, because again, I'm at least trying, and they're not. So the power is in the person who's trying, regardless of the success. If you're trying, you've got all the power, you're driving the agenda, you're doing all this stuff.

Like I just introduced Green New Deal two weeks ago and it's creating all of this conversation. Why? Because no one else has even tried. So people are like 'oh it's unrealistic, oh it's vague, oh it doesn't address this little, minute thing.' And I'm like you try, you do it. Cause you’re not. Cause you’re not.’

So until you do it, I'm the boss! How about that?!

Am I the only one who hears the “Cash me outside” girl in Ocasio-Cortez’s response? I’m just waiting for Dr. Phil to come calling to analyze the 29-year-old “genius.”

What exactly is Ocasio-Cortez saying she’s the boss of? The boss of trying? The boss of answering a question without actually answering the question? I’m at a loss here. Maybe she’s the boss of helping her home state lose 25,000 jobs, “$4 billion in lost wages and “$12 billion in lost economic activity,” as the Job Creators Network reported about the Amazon pullout from building a second headquarters in New York.

If Ocasio-Cortez stopped acting and sounding like a petulant child, maybe people would stop treating her as such.
