In case you needed another reason to feel lazy and out of shape after months of sticking closer to home, a 9-months-pregnant mom just ran a mile in under 6 minutes.

Which beats my best time from back in high school by…you know what, never mind.

Makenna Myler, 28, cranked out a mile run in five minutes, 25 seconds after her husband bet her $100 that she couldn’t do it in less than 8 minutes. Part of the run was captured on a video uploaded to TikTok by her husband.

Lest that make you feel too crummy about yourself, Myler is an experienced track runner, once a competitor for Brigham Young University who now runs for the Valor Track Club in Orange County, California. When asked why she did it – other, of course, than to show up her husband – Myler said she wants people to recognize the power in pregnancy and not view it as a handicap.

“I think pregnancy is a beautiful thing and it’s not an injury or a sickness, that you’re still really capable," Myler, who ran track at Brigham Young University, told "Good Morning America." "I think a lot of women are showing that, that women are capable and that’s what matters."

And if you’re wondering whether Myler might have pushed it too far running a fast mile while pregnant, don’t worry. This experienced runner said she did the whole thing safely and under her doctor’s watch, making sure she didn’t push herself past what her body felt capable of doing.

"When people say, ‘What are you going to run this time?’ I say, ‘Whatever my body wants.' If I don’t want to do it, I’m not going to do it, because pregnancy and my health obviously comes first."
