During Thursday's edition of New Day, guest Brian Karem compared the White House to a "dysfunctional day care center." Retiring Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) made a similar comparison back in October, comparing the White House to an adult day care center. Not surprisingly, Corker's comments led to a Twitter feud between the President of the United States and Tennessee's Junior Senator.

Gregory Meeks (D-NY), CNN Newsroom anchor John Berman pressed the Congressman about his past connections with Louis Farrakhan, the controversial Nation of Islam leader.  Meeks responded by attacking the news organization that reported Meeks attended a meeting with Farrakhan, The Daily Caller, as a "fringe, right-wing tabloid."
