Collectivists often prey on good intentions, utilizing the tendency of decent people to offer fair treatment in personal affairs. And, being collectivist, the majority in Congress has taken advantage of that, once more. This time, the exploitation appears in the form of HR 2116, given the insipid title, “CROWN” or “Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair” Act. And it casts a wide…

On March 24, a civil rights group representing three people silenced by Twitter moved to sue the Biden Administration for pushing the censorship. The suit, brought by The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), on behalf of Michael P. Senger, Mark Changizi, and Daniel Kotzin accuses Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Beccera of pressuring Twitter to…

Many Americans justifiably are mocking and criticizing Biden Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for her childish claim Tuesday that she could not define the word “woman.” But if one really digs into its logical implications, that moment of interaction with Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) of the Senate Judiciary Committee, kinda imploded the woke identity politics of the…

In a move that reveals massive Congressional and Executive Branch disregard for their “Constitution,” the U.S. Congress March 17 passed what in glib DC-speak is a bill to “suspend normal trade relations treatment” with Russia and Belarus, and the legislation now moves to the sure-to-pass-it Senate. By its vague language, the bill arguably hands any president unrestricted statutory authority to "…

On March 15, Breitbart’s Allum Bokhari wrote that a recently published 2021 Department of Homeland Security report recommends ”an increased focus on scanning the social media accounts of its employees in order to detect ‘extremism.’” And, wouldn’t ya know it, that malleable word “extremism” is a weapon in government hands that they simply have not defined, but its agents will use to fit whatever…

This is a tale of a rock superstar who, like his neighbors, has had enough of the poorly-run government roads, and, like his ancestors in Scotland, has taken the rebellious, self-motivated initiative to fix them himself. He’s Rod Stewart, who was knighted in 2016, and who appears to be doing heroic deeds for his neighbors, spending EXTRA cash and putting his 77-year-old back into handling…

Engaging in what could prove to be one of the most insufferable, thoughtless, insulting, and arrogant displays in which any politician will engage all year, leftist Arizona State Senator Lupe Contreras (D) on March 3 told a crowd, including a victim of sexual assault, who was testifying in favor of more freedom to conceal-carry of a firearm, that if she were worried about getting hurt…

In a move that likely will anger talking heads in leftist media, one more school district has joined 300 in Texas to recognize local employees’ right to keep and bear arms. MaryAnn Martinez reports for the New York Post: The Grand Saline Independent School District, located about an hour east of Dallas, is now in its second week of carrying concealed guns on campus, Superintendent Micah Lewis…

\ Over the past two years, political COVID-maniacs have laid out a surreal smorgasbord of injuries and insults to “flatten the curve” of our vestigial rights and sensibilities. Worldwide, and in America, we can take our pick as to which has been the most injurious or offensive. Has it been mask mandates? Bans on indoor dining? Government locking the doors and shutting off the power to privately…

"Senate Democrats are watching closely—and already working on a windfall profits tax," Sen. Liz Warren (D - Mass.) tweeted last week. Democrats working on a new tax, this time on oil and gas, what a shocking surprise. Putin's war is causing gas prices to rise, but this is no excuse for large oil companies to pad their bottom line with war-fueled profits. Senate Democrats are watching…
