Fancy Nancy is at it again, still holding strong onto the notion that the stimulus package was the greatest thing to hit planet earth since...well, ever. Yesterday at her weekly press conference, while speaking on unemployment insurance, Pelosi stated that unemployment checks "create jobs faster than almost any other initiative you can name." I don't even know how anyone could respond to that, so I'll just let you take a look for yourself...
One last thing, this whole stimulus that was supposed to keep us under 8% unemployment? It appears that weak economic data just may be suggesting the 'recovery' is fizzling. How are they going to pad unemployment once the Census finally closes up shop?
