YouTube creator and societal satirist JP Sears shows how ridiculous certain people are in certain situations by creating videos in which he acts like an exaggerated caricature of them. This time Sears takes aim at "blue-pilled people."

Being a "blue-pilled" person means ignoring reality, or truth, in order to experience the illusion of safety and security. For example, someone who watches the news and blindly believes everything that's told to them simply because they think the news is looking out for them.

Being a "red-pilled" person is someone who embraces reality rather than just accept than turn a blind eye to the questionable information given to people by media outlets, politicians and celebrities.

Sears made this video to show how insane it is to just go along with the "new normal" that the media and some politicians are pushing on people.

"I will do as you [the media] tell me for my own good," Sears said while portraying a mindless "blue pill" person.

"It'll be safer if I stay in here," Sears says while locking himself in a closet.

There are a bunch of great one-liners in this video. See for yourselves:

It's not the worst thing in the world to take the proper precautions when it comes to dealing with most things. But to completely become subservient to a media and politicians that care very little about your well-being is crazy.
