Former Vice President Joe Biden's gaffes continue to try and sabotage his presidential campaign.
Biden’s latest slip-up, came in the form of an ill-fated attempt to quote a well-known line from the Declaration of Independence in order to prove a point during a campaign speech on Monday. Unfortunately, he only got halfway through, and declared that the audience “knew the thing” anyway.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident: all men and women created by…you know the thing!”
While it may not do much to give momentum of the former vice president’s campaign, failure to remember such an iconic and fundamental phrase from one of the founding documents certainly doesn’t look good.
