The man who jumped the White House fence in March has been shot and killed following an attack at a Pennsylvania courthouse, 6ABC Action News reports.

According to District Attorney Thomas Hogan, Curtis Smith entered Chester County Justice Center at approximately 11 a.m. He then attacked a deputy sheriff with a knife.

In response, another deputy shot Smith. Smith was rushed to Paoli Hospital but later died.

6ABC Action News claims Hogan allegedly revealed Smith is the same man who scaled the White House fence.
