White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre thinks it’s hilarious that anyone would question President Joe Biden’s mental and physical capacities, and further believes that he is excelling in leading the country.

CNN’s Don Lemon asked Jean-Pierre in an interview on Monday whether she thought Biden has what it takes to run for a second term. As soon as Lemon finished his question, Jean-Pierre responded with condescending shock, immediately defending the president and ridiculing Lemon for posing a perfectly legitimate question.

"That is not a question that we should be even asking," Jean-Pierre said. "Just look at the work he does. And look how he's delivering for the American public."

If by “delivering” you mean making life one step above full-blown communism, then yes, he is delivering with flying colors.

Since Biden has taken office, the average cost of living has increased by $460 per month for the average American family (for a total of $5,520 per year), according to Moody’s Analytics. Furthermore, the prices of groceries, electricity, new cars and trucks, ground beef, chicken, airfare, and gas all increased somewhere between 11 and 48 percent. And yet somehow, Biden has the audacity to claim that Americans have never been better financially, despite the national average for gas going over $5 per gallon.

That claim alone should be enough to make you wonder how many screws are loose in Biden’s head.

But it’s not just conservatives that are starting to wonder if Biden really does have it all together upstairs. In addition to Lemon, one of liberal CNN’s favorite anchors, a large contingent of progressives are also worrying that their champion might not be doing as well as Jean-Pierre would have us believe.

The liberal-friendly New York Times published an article that gathered responses from 50 progressive officials, congressmen, and other influential leaders within the Democratic party, most of whom responded that Biden was someone that hampered the future of the Democratic party, and America at large.

“To say our country was on the right track would flagrantly depart from reality,” Steve Simeonidis, a Democratic National Committee member from Miami, said. In Simeondis’ mind, Mr. Biden, “should announce his intent not to seek re-election in ’24 right after the midterms.”

Jean-Pierre briefly discussed the report in the interview with Lemon, but dismissed it as “hersey” against the president and wasn’t something that they were even remotely worried about.

"We care about how we are going to deliver for the American people,” Jean-Pierre said. “How we're going to make their lives better. That's what the president talks about. That is his focus and that's what we'll continue to focus on.”

You know things are falling apart when criticism from people within the same party as the President is viewed as an act of political treason.

Needless to say, Jean-Pierre will likely have to do a lot more coverups for Biden in the months and years ahead, especially if more verbal gaffes like the ones in this video happen.
