WATCH: Trump Was Right, Paris Climate Deal Creates 'Hot Air'

Remember when President Trump received all that hate from climate alarmists for dropping out of the Paris Climate agreement? A new study shows that not only will most of the major countries still part of the agreement not meet their 2030 goals as part of the deal, but a lot of their carbon emissions actually went up. You can say a lot of things about Trump, but one thing is for sure — he knows a bad deal when he sees one, and this was a very bad deal.

According to an annual report by Climate Transparency, a group that Investor’s Business Daily referred to as “an international group focused on the G-20 nations,” some pretty major countries that are involved in the Paris Climate deal essentially all but ignored the agreement and actually ramped up their carbon emissions. As the IBD article noted, “even if every country lived up to their Paris pledges, it wouldn’t come close to preventing” what the verbiage in the deal called “catastrophic warming.”

Check out my latest commentary video where I break down how Trump was absolutely correct in his assessment that the Paris Climate agreement was "less about climate and more about other countries gaining a financial advantage over the United States."
