Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson made a guest appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" Friday night.

He took the opportunity to set up a family reunion for one of the show's producers, military veteran Karina Kabalan, whose been living apart from her husband, current U.S. Air Force Sgt. Todd Kabalan, for the last year and a half.

"If we ever have the opportunity to give back to our troops, I think we all should because we live and enjoy the life we have because of them," Johnson told Fallon. "I would love to give back to a military family that's actually here in the audience ... They do not know. This person does not know."

He and Fallon then walked backstage to the control room where they met Karina in her producer’s seat.

"We just wanted to thank you and your husband for your service and your sacrifice," Johnson said. "And I personally heard you are the most amazing person, and we wanted to bring your husband home for you for the holidays."

Karina turned around to see her husband, who was previously stationed 5,000 miles away, standing right behind her with a huge smile across his face. The two immediately embraced.

The emotion in the room was tangible.

Fallon had to fight back tears.

He tweeted after the show, “I can’t believe we pulled that off. I lost it.”

Karina later tweeted her thanks to Fallon and Johnson.
