It’s getting pretty sad at this point. A sitting U.S. congresswoman, who is accused by President Donald Trump of being a “communist” and “pro-al Qaeda,” uses the far-left practice of deflection to neither deny nor confirm whether she is either.

Following Trump’s press conference at the White House during the 3rd annual “Made in America Day,” the four freshman congresswomen who jumped at the chance to take offense with Trump’s “go back” tweet — in which Trump didn’t name one of them specifically — held a press conference of their own to address the stalemate between them and the president.

In particular, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), flanked by socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), and Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), was asked to respond to Trump’s assertions that the congresswoman is a “communist” and “pro-al Qaeda.”

Omar’s response seemed to lack something — an actual answer.

Take a look (For more context, the second video, at the :18 mark, picks up where the video tweet leaves off):

Omar used the very Alinsky-esque tactic of deflecting whenever anyone questions your motives or ideology.

“I know that every single Muslim who has lived in this country and across the world has heard that comment,” Omar confusingly said. “So I will not dignify it with an answer, because I know that every single Islamophobe, every single person who is hateful, who is driven by an ideology of othering — as this president is — rejoices in us responding to that and us defending ourselves.”

Okay, what in the blue heck is “othering?”

Apparently, according to Google, to “other” someone is to “view or treat (a person or group of people) as intrinsically different from and alien to oneself.”

That’s a whole new level of “SJW” that I don’t even want to approach.

Anyway, Omar literally would NOT deny whether she is a “communist” or “pro-al Qaeda.” End of story.
