Climate change: is there anything it can't do? While many lefties believe it will be the end of the world, according to The Washington Post, it will also lead to something even worse: an increase in hate speech.

The Post reported that hotter temperatures will lead to more online hate. Wow, so scary. As if that is the worst result of hot weather.

Everyone knows hot temperatures contribute to aggression and violence. There is even a classic example that correlation does not imply causation - ice cream sales and murder both increase in the summer. Why? Not because one causes the other, but because hot temperatures make people crave ice cream as well as become more belligerent.

Leave it to the left to use means words as their main reason for fearmongering climate change rather than the murder and other violent crimes it could potentially increase.

This is not all though. The left must have it both ways, which is why they call it climate change rather than global warming. Brace yourself for this. It is not only hot temperatures that wreak havoc online. Cold temperatures also result in more offensive tweets. Shocking.

Thank goodness for The Washington Post enlightening readers about this. Who knew that extreme weather can cause people to be worse to one another?
