On Tuesday, October 19, Biden administration Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services, Rachel (fka Richard) Levine was ceremonially sworn-in as a four-star rear-admiral for the so-called “U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corp.”
This, of course, was heralded by reality-resisting Biden “officials” as the highest “military post” for a “transgender woman,” adding further confusion to not only the question of why so many collectivists can’t see biological truth, but also fueling questions about how and why politicians are linking unconstitutional health departments to boots-on-the-ground militarism.
Perhaps just as frightening – and certainly just as absurd – Twitter suspended the account of Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) on Saturday for acknowledging the biological reality that Levine is not a woman.
"NEW: Twitter has censored @RepJimBanks for calling HHS' Rachel Levine a man. He will be locked out of his account until he deletes the tweet, ‘The title of first female four-star officer gets taken by a man,'" The Daily Signal’s Mary Margaret Olohan tweeted Saturday morning.

In the tweet above, Olohan also provided a screenshot of the notice Twitter posted about Congressman Banks’ post, which, of course, is Twitter’s prerogative, but presents some cognitive roadblocks that even Evel Knieval might not be able to jump.

Primary among them is the fact that Levine is a man and nothing can change that. No matter how many surgeries and hormone jabs Levine takes, he’s a man who has had surgeries and hormone damage done to his body. No different than any human who does body adjustment or who self-harms, he or she is still the same person he or she was when created by God.
Next is the self-imposed problem Twitter creates by trying to enforce a policy as wide-open as it has created.
If, for example, someone were to claim that he or she had a disability that made him or her incapable of knowing what might be an insult, or incapable of grasping the concept of harassment over something like gender identity, might Twitter, itself, be said to have targeted a disabled minority unfairly? And when Twitter’s Jack Dorsey and his team specify “…or harass other people…” are they not aware that some of those “people” don’t identify as “people” but as “furries” and “demons,” thus making Twitter’s own stated policy a self-condemning, internally-contradictory negation that already excludes those who don’t identify as human?
The 2006 film “Idiocracy” never even approached this level of craziness.
Joy Pullman, of The Federalist, offered Banks' response to the Twitter action:
My tweet was a statement of Fact. Big Tech doesn't have to agree with me, but they shouldn't be able to cancel me. If they silence me, they will silence you. We can't allow Big Tech to prevent us from telling the truth. When Republicans take back the House next year, we must restore honesty to our public forums and hold Big Tech accountable.
Which, even as it recognizes the truth about biology, does not recognize the difference between private property and a public (i.e. tax-supported) space -- a matter that is complicated by the fact that Twitter has asked for and been granted corporate status by the federal government. The folks at Twitter should be free to make errors and suffer the consequences. They also have asked for the benefits that federal "corporate" status gives them (certain liability protections for the company heads, to start). This gets many freedom-oriented people arguing over how much freedom Twitter's team actually retains to control their own product.
And what of the matter that started this: the absurd promotion of "Admiral" Levine and the corporal-sounding “U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corp”?
As Breitbart noted when Levine got his slot as an “Admiral," Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra (formerly Attorney General of California) proudly added his voice to the confusing cacophony:

It’s not just gender-bending. It’s reality-denying.

From the definition of male to the former delineation between civilians and warriors, the postmodernist tilt-a-whirl of U.S. politics has made people so dizzy, they can’t see the threat to the language, to the so-called rules of the U.S. Constitution, and to our personal, private, medical decisions that this coddling, absurd posturing actually represents.
Are we supposed to imagine Levine and a bunch of “Civilian Admirals” storming the beaches with their needles held high, ready to jab resistant people for the sake of “democracy?"
Will Twitter start to acknowledge reality, even if the politicians won’t?
Don’t count on it. Perhaps, instead, count on sites like Gab, Odysee, and Rumble, to allow for people to speak about reality and allow us to warn each other of the imploding idiocracies called the U.S. and Twitter.
