President Donald Trump at a campaign rally in New Hampshire Thursday night told attendees that, love him or hate him, voters have “no choice but to vote” for him come 2020 or else the economy is going “down the tubes.”
"The bottom line is, I know you like me, and this room is a love fest, I know that, but you have no choice but to vote for me, because your 401(k)'s down the tubes, everything's gonna be down the tubes," Trump told the Manchester crowd. "So whether you love me or hate me, you gotta vote for me.”
His remarks came just hours after he tweeted tamping down fears about a possible recession in the U.S., saying, “Our Country, unlike others, is doing great!”
“Don’t let the Fake News convince you otherwise,” Trump wrote.
