Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s first television advertisement claims he will “cut the head off ISIS and take their oil.”
The narrated advertisement begins with the statement, “The politicians can pretend it’s something else. But Donald Trump calls it radical Islamic terrorism.”
“That’s why he’s calling for a temporary shutdown of Muslims entering the United States, until we can figure out what’s going on,” the advertisement continues.
The advertisement claims Trump will “quickly cut the head off ISIS and take their oil” and that he will “stop illegal immigration by building a wall on our southern border that Mexico will pay for.”
The advertisement concludes with Trump’s campaign slogan that he will “make America great again.”
Trump told the Washington Post that he has “six to eight ads in production.”
