A woman gave birth in a Texan Chick-Fil-A bathroom last week — and now the beloved fast food restaurant is giving the newborn free food for life.
Robert Griffin detailed his wife, Falon’s delivery in a viral Facebook post.
When Falon went into labor, the married couple decided to drop their kids off first, so they met up with some friends at a San Antonio Chick-Fil-A, but by that time, it was too late.
Falon was in active labor, so the couple went up to the Chick-Fil-A, where employees let them in even though the restaurant was closed. She then gave birth in the bathroom, where the newborn—who they named Gracelyn—was wrapped in a Trump 2020 shirt.
Robert pointed out the clear irony in his Facebook post.
“I thinks it’s pretty ironic that a proud conservative, Christian family would have a baby in a Chick-Fil-A, and wrapped in a Trump 2020 T-shirt! BOOM #maga,” he wrote.
The Facebook post has over 300,000 likes and 125,000 shares.
Gracelyn’s birth certificate reads, “Born in Chick-Fil-A,” and lists her father as the attending physician.
The always helpful Chick-Fil-A employees delivered towels to the family to keep the baby warm; and now, the higher ups at the fast food chain are delivering something of their own: a lifetime’s worth of Chick-Fil-A for Gracelyn. Plus, the company is giving the newborn a guaranteed job when she turns 14.
Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
