Donald Trump said during a press conference on Thursday following news that he clinched the Republican presidential nomination that he would “love" to debate Bernie Sanders.

“I'd love to debate Bernie. He’s a dream,” said Trump.

He said that in order for a debate to happen, he would want $10 to $15 million dollars to be raised for charity.

“So what we’ll do, is if we can raise for women’s health issues or something, if we can raise $10 or $15 million dollars for charity – which would be a very appropriate amount [since] I understand the television business very well – I think we’d get very high ratings,” said Trump.

“It should be in a big arena somewhere… We can have a lot of fun with it.”

“The problem with debating Bernie is he’s gonna lose,” he continued. “His system is rigged just like our system’s rigged. If I didn’t win by massive majorities, I wouldn’t be standing here talking to you.”
