After reports broke of an alleged deal between President Donald Trump and the Democrats to keep the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) proram, several former supporters of Donald Trump are burning their 'Make American Great Again' hats in protest.
The news of the rumored deal between the president, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was accompanied by series of tweets from the president that all but confirmed the claims:
After the news broke, several disgruntled Trump voters took to the internet to show their unhappiness, with more than a few Trump voters voicing their anger over the president's DACA flip-flop by burning their "MAGA" hats. Before long, the hashtag #burnmyMAGAhat had churned out a slew of posts.

But the criticism of Trump's new immigration position wasn't limited to some peeved fans on Twitter. Breitbart, the right-wing news outlet that's supported Trump from the beginning, released an article titled, "Trump Caves On DACA, Wants 'Quick' Amnesty For 800K Illegal Aliens." Breitbart has also reportedly begun labelling the president "Amnesty Don," which later became a hashtag.
Trump supporter-turned-Trump critic Ann Coulter posted the following tweets:
