By the close of Wednesday, President Donald Trump's campaign filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia.

The campaign argues campaign observers have not been given proper access to locations where ballots are being processed and counted, and raise absentee ballot concerns.

The Trump campaign is calling for a stop of  vote tabulations until meaningful access has been granted to observe the process.

The Georgia filing asks a judge to make sure county officials are keeping track of all late-arriving mail-in ballots -- but not to count them, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

'Failing to ensure that absentee ballots received after the deadline are stored in a manner to ensure that such ballots are not inadvertently or intentionally counted, as required under Georgia law, harms the interests of the Trump Campaign and President Trump because it could lead to the dilution of legal votes cast in support of President Trump,' the petition states.

The Hill reports that the filing includes an affidavit in which a registered poll worker claims he saw at least 53 late-arriving ballots mixed in with others.

The lawsuits will continue to play out during a contentious vote-counting scenerio in many states with suspicious activity regarding ballots being reported.
