A male-to-female transgender inmate has been transferred to a different facility after reportedly impregnating two fellow prisoners at a prison in New Jersey.

Because, you know, she’s a dude.

According to Fox News, who inexplicably continues to use female pronouns for mentally confused biological males, 27-year-old Demi Minor was previously being held at the all-women’s Edna Mahan Correctional Facility in Clinton, New Jersey. But Minor was transferred about a month ago to Garden State Youth Correctional Facility after reportedly getting two actual female prisoners pregnant following "consensual sexual relationships with another incarcerated person,” according to New Jersey Department of Corrections spokesperson Dan Sperrazza.

Minor, who is currently serving a 30-year sentence for manslaughter, had been allowed to live at the state’s only all-female prison despite being a biological male, thanks to a 2021 state law that allows inmates to be incarcerated based on their gender identity – whether or not they still have functional reproductive parts.

Fox News adds:

Sperrazza told the paper that while the NJDOC continues to operate under the policy, "the department is currently reviewing the policy for housing transgender incarcerated persons with the intention of implementing minor modifications."

As of April, 27 of the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility's roughly 800 inmates were biological men. Two female prisoners have already sued over the state’s policy, claiming they were being harassed by male prisoners and saying the men were having sex with female prisoners.

No kidding.
