The transgender model and apparent “anti-racism” activist who was fired by L’Oreal after saying “ALL white people” are racist has now been hired by cosmetics company Illamasqua.

Transgender model Munroe Bergdorf was sacked by L’Oreal after she posted on Facebook about how “ALL white people” apparently suffer from “inherited” racism, making white people the “most violent” race on Earth:

Honestly I don't have energy to talk about the racial violence of white people any more. Yes ALL white people.

Because most of ya'll don't even realise or refuse to acknowledge that your existence, privilege and success as a race is built on the backs, blood and death of people of colour. Your entire existence is drenched in racism. From micro-aggressions to terrorism, you guys built the blueprint for this s***.

Come see me when you realise that racism isn't learned, it's inherited and consciously or unconsciously passed down through privilege.

'Once white people begin to admit that their race is the most violent and oppressive force of nature on Earth… then we can talk.

Until then stay acting shocked about how the world continues to stay f***** at the hands of your ancestors and your heads that remain buried in the sand with hands over your ears.

After complaints to L’Oreal about anti-white racism, L’Oreal dropped Bergdorf from their pro-diversity campaign.

Bergdorf’s champions, however, argued her points were taken out of context and that the statement was merely about institutional racism (which, apparently “ALL white people” are still guilty of perpetuating).

In a statement on Twitter soon after Bergdorf’s firing, Illamasqua wrote that they are a “brand that stands proudly and unashamedly for diversity and equality,” and that they “don’t stand or accept any form of racism,” but that they believe Bergdorf’s comments were taken out of context.

While Illamasque wrote that Bergdorf was merely a collaborating at the time, in a post on her Twitter page, Bergdorf wrote that she had become “one of the faces” of the brands next big campaign:

Supporters immediately applauded Illamasque and Bergdorf for the move:

It is unclear what comment Bergdorf could say about “ALL white people” without it being excused away.
