On Monday, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) filed a lawsuit on behalf a transgender person demanding that he receive a taxpayer-funded vaginoplasty while in prison for killing his biological child.
The 41-year-old biological male, Jonathan Richardson, was convicted of strangling his 11-month-old daughter to death while her mother was at work. He also supposedly shook his child “in a rough manner,” according to court documents reported by the Daily Wire. Richardson reportedly told corrections officers at one point, “Well, all I know is I killed the little f***ing bitch."
Richardson was sentenced in 2022 to 55 years behind bars, and his earliest possible release date is 2027.
Now, the story could end there. This man killed an innocent child and deserves nothing but the worst; however, the ACLU, a pro-abortion and pro-trans group, is now suing the state of Indiana in hopes of “helping” Richardson by blocking an Indiana law that bars prisons from using taxpayer money for “sexual reassignment surgery” for prisoners. Richardson, who wants to turn into a girl and go by "Autumn Cordellioné" has hopes of getting his penis turned into a vagina and getting his balls cut off, and the ACLU wants to use Indianians taxpayer money to fund it.

Indiana’s new law, which went into effect on July 1, violates the Eighth Amendment, which prohibits excessive punishments, because it shows “deliberate indifference to a serious medical need,” and it violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection clause because it discriminates against trans-identifying people, the lawsuit argues.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita pushed back on the ACLU's demands, insisting that taxpayers don’t want to fund such an unnecessary procedure, especially for an evil man like Richardson.
“The approximate cost of these surgeries ranges from $10,000 to $150,000. This is not necessary medical treatment – it is an atrocity. This should be common sense, which is something the ACLU continuously ignores. We will not back down and will continue to back the rule of law,” Rokita’s office said according to CBS 4 Indy.
I honestly can’t say this is too surprising. If you’re messed up in the head enough to shake and strangle your own child to death, then wanting to mutilate your genitals for no reason whatsoever seems on brand.
As stated by the lawsuit, Richardson’s supposedly been taking “a female hormone and testosterone” since 2020. The suit claims the next step - turning his sausage into a slab of roast beef - is a “medical necessity.”
According to ACLU’s suit, Richardson is a “woman trapped in a man's body” and has wanted to be a woman since he was six, because children who can barely even read have the mental capacity to know what gender identity is…sure. The suit also claims that Richardson has crapped his pants after looking at his penis and that the “panties, makeup and form-fitting clothes” he's been given in prison just aren’t enough.
Honestly, I cannot believe that people thought this situation was prime enough to give attention to, nevermind file a lawsuit to “help.” Our society has gone completely nuts.
